Our listing requirements specify that all operators for which ever trade or business they conduct, must hold all legal licenses relating to their specific business. We do not accept responsibility for or on behalf of advertisers and we always advise that you satisfy yourselves if in any doubt by asking to see appropriate licenses and insurances. Failure to supply such documents to you is deemed as a breach of our advertising requirements and we therefore ask such cases to be reported to us. If you have serious concerns relating to any operators trading practice, this should be taken up with local authorities and or the police.

Private hire cars and Taxis are licensed by local councils and are issued with plates or badges which must be displayed to the public. Private hire cars may not ply for hire in the streets and must be pre-booked. Hackney carriage taxis, however, can be hailed or booked at taxi ranks. The can also be pre-booked.

For advertisers:

All advertisers must comply with relevant legislation for the business the conduct. All customers must be treated in a professional and courteous manner. Our marketing and advertising of your business or service does not in any way guarantee the volume of enquiries you may receive. Nor does our arrangement imply any business relationship with the operator. All operators are independent traders and we do not act on their behalf.

Any advertiser who we deem to be unsuitable by way of providing low service standards to customers sourced from our site, will be removed from the site without notice. No refunds are made for fees paid. By registering and submiting your listing with us means you agree to be bound by our terms.
